Get to Know Us
Kim Seaton is the director of Townsmith, with three decades of experience as a resource management planner. With extensive knowledge of all things resource management, and excellent relationships with local councils, Kim is focused on providing honest advice and reliable planning solutions.
She has a Master of Regional and Resource Planning from Otago University, is a certified hearing commissioner and a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
When she's not immersed in the world of planning, Kim enjoys skiing, tramping, exploring new places, and biking between cafés.
